WELCOME to the Monroe Chapter PASR website. We are pleased to be able to provide you with a local source of information for all school retirees in our county. The PA Association of School Retirees (PASR) and our Monroe Chapter are a volunteer organization of some 41,000 members statewide who have been here to serve your retirement needs since 1965.

We provide social opportunities through our Spring and Fall Luncheon Meetings, a regional picnic held in July and many opportunities for travel through our Recreo trips.
